Develop affordable housing with CRHDC.
CRHDC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization formed in 1971 as Colorado Rural Housing Development Corporation. The organization changed their name to incorporate their efforts in both urban and rural markets in 2009. CRHDC is a HUD Housing Counseling Agency and a member of NeighborWorks® America.
CRHDC works in tandem with cities, community leaders, rural communities, lenders, public and private sector agencies, philanthropic foundations, and corporations to deliver the best practices and services possible.
CRHDC provides pathways to housing resources and asset-building opportunities. We do this through innovative approaches in providing sustainable and affordable housing, life-skills, and economic development
opportunities to benefit low-to-moderate income households throughout Colorado through property development, financing, education, partnership, and technical assistance.
CRHDC was with me every step of the way, if it wasn't for them, I don't think I could have done it on my own.
The Self-Help program taught me a lot and I made good friends.
It took several business calls and many complicated figures, and at times it seemed hopeless. However, I am sincerely grateful and wish to thank Community Resources and Housing Development Corporation for their help and encouragement turned my hopelessness to a great miracle. I'm proud to say I still reside in my home now with a much lower payment.
I don’t think that this would have been possible without your help. Getting my credit issues fixed raised my credit score about 100 points, and getting the Down Payment Assistance was crucial. Thank you so, so much!
We are happy here being able to do things on our own. We love having a nice yard and our own deck outside and watching the wild animals in the yard; like squirrels, deer, birds, etc. If we were to move that would be out of question. We are happy where we are at right now.”
