Affordable, Low-Income Rentals

CRHDC provides a wide range of affordable, low-income apartment rental opportunities across the state of Colorado. Our housing services are available for families, seniors and people with special needs, including those with developmental and physical disabilities. We work to support our residents with the resources they need to be good neighbors and members of a greater community. Whether it's English as a second language, a financial literacy program or health care education, CRHDC is always trying to give our residents the support they need. Each property has its own leasing office and its own application process.

La Hacienda, Del Norte

La Hacienda Del Norte Rental Housing is a HUD subsidized development constructed in 1986. The complex consists of 24 one-bedroom units for elderly individuals over 62 years of age or individuals that are disabled. Low-cost rent is based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted gross income. The project shares a full-time manager and a full-time maintenance technician with Casas De Rio Grande.

Casas De Rio Grande

Casas de Rio Grande Senior Rental Housing is a HUD 202 section 8 project built in December 2005. The development consists of 28 one-bedroom units for seniors 62 years and older. Monthly low-cost rent is based on 30% of the tenant’s adjusted annual income. The project shares a full time manager and a maintenance technician with La Hacienda Del Norte.
